Return and Withdrawal Policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, 2007, the User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days, without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period shall end 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the products.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must communicate his decision clearly and unequivocally to Magno Pistachio through:

It will not be necessary to use a specific form, and an express communication within the legal deadline will suffice.

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

In case of valid withdrawal, Magno Pistachio will reimburse the User all payments received, including ordinary shipping costs (if any), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the decision to withdraw was informed.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Magno Pistachio may withhold reimbursement until it has received the products or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOOD PRODUCTS)

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

  • Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

  • Food products that have been opened, handled or consumed, in whole or in part, after delivery.

Consequently, returns of opened or unsealed food products will not be accepted, unless the product is defective or there is an error in the shipment.

5. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ERROR IN SHIPMENT

In the event that the User receives a defective product or a product different from the one requested, he/she must inform Magno Pistachio as soon as possible through the contact details indicated.

Magno Pistachio will inform the User about the procedure to follow and, once the incident has been verified, will proceed to the replacement of the product or full refund, including shipping and return costs that may apply.

6. CONDITIONS OF RETURN

In the event of a valid return, the User shall:

  • Send the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging.

  • Include all the elements that accompanied the product (packaging, documentation, invoice if applicable).

  • Ship without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the communication of the withdrawal.

Except in cases of defective product or shipping error, the direct cost of the return shall be borne by the User.

8. WARRANTIES

The User has the legally established guarantees for the products purchased, in accordance with current consumer and user protection regulations.
