3. DELIVERY TERMS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Standard deadlines

  • Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands: 24-72 working hours

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 3-7 working days

  • European Union: 4-10 working days

In any case, in accordance with current regulations, the maximum delivery period shall be 30 calendar days from the confirmation of the order.

4. TRANSPORT COMPANIES

Shipments are made through recognized courier and transport companies, such as Correos or other equivalent operators, depending on the destination and type of shipment.

5. DELIVERY INCIDENTS

If delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the addressee, the carrier will leave notice with instructions for a new delivery or pick-up.

If the order is returned for reasons attributable to the User (incorrect address, non-collection, unjustified refusal), Magno Pistachio may charge the corresponding shipping and return costs.

6. CUSTOMS AND TAXES

In shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the order may be subject to taxes, fees or customs procedures, which must be assumed by the recipient and are not included in the price of the product or in the shipping costs.
