Return and Withdrawal Policy<\/span><\/h1>

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/span><\/h3>

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007, of November 16, 2007, the User, as a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days<\/strong>, without the need for justification.<\/span><\/p>

The withdrawal period shall end 14 calendar days from the day on which the User or a third party authorized by the User, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the products.<\/span><\/p>

2. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must communicate his decision clearly and unequivocally to Magno Pistachio through:<\/span><\/p>

It will not be necessary to use a specific form, and an express communication within the legal deadline will suffice.<\/span><\/p>

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h3>

In case of valid withdrawal, Magno Pistachio will reimburse the User all payments received<\/strong>, including ordinary shipping costs (if any), within a maximum period of 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date on which the decision to withdraw was informed.<\/span><\/p>

The refund will be made using the same means of payment<\/strong> used by the User for the initial purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/span><\/p>

Magno Pistachio may withhold reimbursement until it has received the products or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.<\/span><\/p>

4. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOOD PRODUCTS)<\/span><\/h3>

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007<\/strong>, the right of withdrawal shall not apply<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/span><\/p>
